A home holds a whole life. Our job is to make sure it ends up in good hands.
Most of our clients have never hired an estate sale company before. They’re grieving a parent, helping someone move into care, or settling a house from out of state. They need someone who knows the work, explains it plainly and treats the home with respect.
That’s been our approach since we started. We meet you at the house, walk every room and tell you honestly what we think the contents will bring. If a sale doesn’t make sense, we’ll say so and suggest a cleanout instead.
When we do run a sale, our crew handles everything: sorting, cleaning, researching values, staging, pricing, advertising, staffing and checkout. Afterward we clear what’s left and leave the home ready for the realtor, the landlord or the next owner.
Photos, letters, documents and keepsakes we find go to the family, not the sale table.
Items are researched and priced to sell, not marked low for a quick weekend.
You'll know exactly how we're paid before anything is signed.
Leftovers are donated or hauled off and the house is left broom-clean.
An itemized record of what sold and what you're owed.
